Creator Network Recommendations not showing? Let's sort things out.
If you've joined the Creator Network but your forms and landing pages aren't displaying your Recommendations, use this checklist to troubleshoot the issue!
Are you using a third-party form provider?
If you're displaying Recommendations on forms created using a third-party provider such as Gravity Forms, Bloom, and Contact Form 7, you'll need to take some extra steps to set up your Recommendations. Learn more here.
Are you displaying Recommendations on a supported form or landing page?
You can display Recommendations on Kit Forms and Landing Pages, as well as most third-party forms.
At this time, however, Thrive Leads, Growform, Mailmunch, Carrd, and Ninja Forms forms are not supported.
If you are using forms managed by these third-party platforms, try redirecting your forms to a standalone Recommendations page instead.
Alternatively, swap them out for a supported form for your Recommendations to appear.
Is the Recommendation a Paid Recommendation?

What are Smart Recommendations? Can I turn them off?
Smart Recommendations is an auto-recommendation feature managed by Kit.
Creators on the Newsletter Plan have Smart Recommendation slots, which automatically recommend creators on a paid plan if their creator types and topics are similar to the Newsletter Plan creator's.
If you're a creator on the Newsletter Plan, you can customize your Recommendations slots to show Free Recommendations instead of Smart Recommendations. This is except for the last slot, which will show a Smart Recommendation by default. To turn off Smart Recommendations completely, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
If you're a creator on a paid plan, you can view a report of the creators recommending you via Smart Recommendations. To turn off Smart Recommendations, you'll need to block the creators whom you don't want to receive Smart Recommendations from.
