Step 1: Connect Kit with Kajabi
Log in to Kit to get the API Key for your integration:
Go to your account's Developer settings
Copy the V3 API Key using the copy button
To activate your Kit integration in Kajabi:
Click Settings at the bottom left of your Kajabi dashboard
Select Third Party Integrations
Toggle on the Kit integration
Paste the previously-copied API Key into the API Key field (see the screenshot below)
Click the Save button
Step 2: Sync Kajabi form submissions to Kit
In your Kit account:
Copy the Form ID in the URL when you open your Form in the Form builder. For instance, if the Form builder's URL is
https://app.kit.com/forms/designers/1234567/edit
, you'd copy1234567
to your clipboard
In your Kajabi admin:
Create a new form or edit an existing one
Enable the checkbox next to the Send the contact to a third party email provider option on the right (see the screenshot below)
Select Kit from the dropdown menu
Paste the Kit Form ID you copied earlier
Click Save at the top of the page, and you're good to go! Submissions through that Kajabi form will be added to your Form in Kit.
NOTE: If you're using double opt-in, it should be enabled on only either your Kajabi or Kit form—not both. Otherwise, users who sign up via your Kajabi form will receive two double opt-in emails. Here's how to manage the double opt-in setting for a Kit Form.
Step 3: Sync Kajabi offer buyers to Kit
NOTE: This step applies to when a user buys your Kajabi offer. It will not work for users who have been granted your offer.
In ConvertKit:
Follow the instructions in step 2 above to copy the Form ID of the Kit Form that Kajabi offer buyers should be added to
In your Kajabi admin:
Create a new offer or edit an existing one
Click the Settings tab
Toggle on the Send customers to a third-party email provider option (see the screenshot below)
Select Kit from the dropdown menu
Paste the Kit Form ID you copied earlier
Click Save at the top of the page, and you're done. Now, users who buy that Kajabi offer will be added to your Form in Kit.
