FeedBurner stopped supporting email subscriptions in 2021, when Google moved the service onto new infrastructure and turned off most non-core features. Feeds themselves still work, so you can keep your FeedBurner feed URL and use Kit to send the emails.
With an RSS automation in Kit, your subscribers get an email every time you publish a new post—or a digest of your recent posts on a schedule you choose.
NOTE: RSS automations are available on paid plans.
Move your FeedBurner subscribers to Kit in 3 steps
1. Export your subscribers from FeedBurner
In FeedBurner, click Analyze, then select Subscribers.
Click FeedBurner Email Subscriptions, then click Manage Your Email Subscriber List.
Under View Subscriber Details, click CSV (next to "Export").
Google keeps its own version of these steps in the FeedBurner Help Center.
2. Import your list into Kit
Go to Subscribers under the Grow tab, click Add subscribers, then choose Import a CSV.
Tag these subscribers "FeedBurner" as you import. That makes them easy to find later, and lets you exclude them from any welcome sequence you already have running.

3. Connect your feed with an RSS automation
Go to RSS under the Automation tab and add your feed URL. Your FeedBurner feed URL works here, as does your blog's own feed URL (usually your blog address followed by /feed or /rss).
From there you choose whether subscribers get a single email per post or a digest, and whether those emails send automatically or wait for your review as drafts.
