Creator Pro features

Collaborative editing

Work together on Broadcasts with your team members in real time with no locking or waiting for someone else to finish first. See who else is editing via the profile icons at the top of the editor.

Advanced deliverability reporting

View open and click data broken down by email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) or by list segment. Use this data to identify deliverability issues and adjust your content strategy.

Subscriber engagement analytics

See which subscribers are most engaged, where they came from, and how long they've stayed on your list. Use this to double down on the channels and content that are working.

Subscriber engagement scoring

Each subscriber receives a score from 1 to 5 stars based on how they engage with your emails and products. Filter and segment by score to target your most active subscribers or clean inactive contacts from your list.

Facebook Custom Audiences sync

Connect Kit Segments to Facebook ad audiences. Subscribers are added and removed automatically as they move in and out of segments, so your ad targeting stays current without manual CSV uploads.

Edit links in sent Broadcasts

If a Broadcast contains a broken or incorrect URL, you can update it after sending. Open the Broadcast's Clicks report and replace the link, and all future clicks will go to the updated URL.

Unlimited team members

Add as many team members or assistants as you need and switch between accounts from a single dropdown. The Creator plan is limited to 2 users.

Newsletter referral system (SparkLoop)

Set up a referral program that rewards subscribers for bringing in new readers, or pay partners per signup. Subscriber data syncs between Kit and SparkLoop automatically.

Insights dashboard

Track acquisition, engagement, sales, and list growth in one place. Requires a tracking pixel and UTM tracking to be enabled. Use this dashboard to see which broadcasts and traffic sources are driving revenue.

Subscriber Signals

Get automatic audience research on the people behind your email addresses, including their demographics and social influence. Use these insights to tailor content and pitch sponsors with confidence.
