Convert page traffic to subscribers with the Unbounce app and Kit 

In your Kit account, go to Grow > Landing Pages & Forms from the top navigation bar. Then, click the Form you want to connect to Unbounce.

Your Form will open in the Form builder. Click the Publish button at the top right.

This will open a pop-up window with different Form embed options. Select Unbounce.

Copy the provided webhook URL to your clipboard.

Next, log in to your Unbounce account. On the All Pages screen, click the Unbounce landing page whose subscribers you want to send to Kit.

Then, click Integrations, followed by Webhooks.

Click + Add Webhook to add a new webhook.

Paste the webhook URL you copied earlier into the "Choose a URL to POST form data to" field.

Then, click the Unbounce Form Data dropdown menu, and map the fields like this:

Click Save Changes.

Unbounce will add your webhook, and then display a success message.

And you're all set. Now, when users subscribe to your Unbounce landing page, their subscriber data will be sent to your Kit Form. You'll also see them as a new subscriber in your Kit account.
