Feature your Mighty Network's Articles, Events, members, and more in your emails!
With our built-in integration with Mighty Networks, you can add the following Mighty Networks content to your emails:
NOTE: This list is not exhaustive and other Mighty Network content may be supported in the future.
To add your Mighty Networks content to your emails, connect your Mighty Network to Kit first. Then follow the steps below!
Adding Mighty Networks content blocks
Move your cursor to the left of the part of the email where you want to add your Mighty Networks content.
Click the + button that appears to load the content block menu. Scroll down this menu and click the Mighty Networks content block you want to add to your email.
NOTE: If you don't see any Mighty Networks content blocks in this menu, check that you've enabled the Mighty Networks integration.
Start typing into the search bar on the right to search for—and select—the Mighty Networks content that the content block should display.
NOTE: If you've added a Mighty Networks List content block, you'll also need to set up the following in the right sidebar for your List content to appear:
List Maximum Count: This is the maximum number of list items that will appear in the List content block. There needs to be at least two list items.
List Context: This is the Space or Mighty Network to which the list relates.
Customizing your Mighty Networks content
Use the settings in the right sidebar to customize your Mighty Networks content block's font, colors, and more:
To update the content itself, update it in your Mighty Network first. After that, refresh your Mighty Networks content block using these steps 👇
Refreshing your Mighty Networks email content
When sent, your email will display the last-refreshed content in your Mighty Networks content blocks.
So, if you've made changes to your Mighty Networks content, you'll need to refresh your email's Mighty Networks content blocks to update it with the latest content before sending your email. The content will not automatically update on its own.
Hover your cursor over the Mighty Networks content block that needs updating, and then click the Refresh icon that appears on the right.
NOTE: Refreshing your email drafts' Mighty Networks content blocks will not affect the Mighty Networks content in emails you've already sent.
What happens if a subscriber doesn't have access to your Mighty Network content?
If a subscriber doesn’t have access to the Space that your Mighty Network email content lives in (such as an Event in a Space that is set to Private, Secret, or Paid), then the email will show them a landing page for the Space.
If the Space is set to Private, the subscriber will see a way of requesting access.
If the Space is set to Secret, the subscriber will see the landing page for the Space but will have no way of joining.
As for an Internal Plan or a paid Space:
Subscribers who are logged into their Mighty Network account will be taken to the Plan landing page, where they can make a purchase.
Subscribers who aren't logged into their Mighty Network account (including because they don't have one) will be shown the Plan landing page, where they can create an account or sign in.
Finally, for an External Plan or a paid Network:
Subscribers who are logged into their Mighty Network account will see a toast message indicating they already have access to this Plan.
Subscribers who aren't logged into their Mighty Network account will be shown the Plan landing page. They can then subscribe (if they don't already have an account) or sign in (if they do) from the upper right corner.
