If your setup with Leadpages isn't working, here are a few helpful things we recommend!

NOTE: If you haven't already, we highly recommend you go through our Leadpages KB guide to ensure you've already followed all the setup steps. If you're still having trouble, below are common issues we've seen come up that may help you troubleshoot the issue.

Custom Fields not coming through

At this time, the Leadpages integration has not been updated to support custom fields. If you require custom fields, you may need to embed our Form directly onto your Leadpage, instead of using the default. You may need to check with their team to see if your setup allows for this option.

My opt-in is not working or my thank you page is incorrect

When using our API integration, please disable the thank you page on Leadpages, and make sure the thank you page field is blank. Then, set that up on your Kit Form instead. This allows the Form to be controlled on the Kit side, and it will also ensure the integration doesn't break.

My Form goes to a Kit 404 page

Please disable the re-captcha option on your Form as this may break the integration.
