Subscriber Signals is Kit’s subscriber intelligence product. It enriches your subscriber list with professional and social context (like role, company, location, and public social presence when available) and pairs it with Kit engagement data—so you can quickly spot influential or high-intent subscribers, build smarter segments, and take action (like tagging and targeted outreach) without doing manual research.
Who can access Subscriber Signals?
Subscriber Signals is available to eligible Kit Pro creators with Signals access enabled on their account. If you don't have access yet, you'll see a message letting you know we can't offer access right now.
How do I access Subscriber Signals?
Sign in to your Kit account.
Go to kit.com/features/signals.
Click Access Signals here.
Click Sign in.
When prompted, approve the Kit authorization request (this connects Signals to your Kit account).
If you see a message like "We're not able to offer you access right now", your account may not be enabled for Signals yet. In that case, you'll need to request access or contact Support.

Do I need to be on Pro to get access?
Yes, Subscriber Signals is only available on the Pro plan. You can request access to secure your spot, but make sure to upgrade to Pro in order to access the feature.
What kind of information will I see?
You'll see demographic information like age, homeownership, income levels, and more. You'll also see your subscribers' social reach, social profiles, as well as purchase and engagement data from Kit.
How much of my list will be enriched?
On average, 25–30% of your list will be enriched. We've seen rates as high as 60%. Signals will give you detailed subscriber profiles to help you understand your audience better.
Where does this data come from?
Subscriber Signals works with established third-party data providers to match subscriber information to professional, social, and demographic data.
Are you selling my subscriber data?
Subscriber Signals enriches your list using data from professional third-party data providers. Your subscribers don't share anything new with Kit, and we never sell their data.
