You can now archive sent and/or published)broadcasts to keep your Broadcasts list organized. Archiving hides a broadcast from the main list without deleting it, and you can restore it at any time.
Archiving is reversible and non-destructive—your broadcast and its data remain intact.
Note: Archiving is available only for sent broadcasts. Drafts are not affected and still use the Delete option.
Archive a Sent Broadcast
To archive a sent broadcast:
In your account, click Broadcasts from the left-hand navigation.
Locate the sent broadcast you want to archive.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the broadcast.
Select Archive.
If the broadcast is currently public on your newsletter feed, a confirmation dialog will appear, letting you know that archiving the broadcast will also unpublish it from the feed.
Once you confirm, the broadcast is removed from your main Broadcasts list and moved to the Archived tab.
View Archived Broadcasts
The Archived tab appears automatically once you have at least one archived broadcast. It is the last tab on the Broadcasts page.
Archived broadcasts are displayed in a grayed-out (disabled) state and include a Restore button so you can easily return them to your main Broadcasts list.
⚠️ Archiving does not affect your data. An archived broadcast still counts in all reporting and analytics (opens, clicks, deliverability, and subscriber timeline) and still appears in CSV exports and the public API. To view an archived broadcast's in-app stats report, restore it first.
Restore an Archived Broadcast
To restore an archived broadcast:
Open the Broadcasts page.
Select the Archived tab.
Find the broadcast you want to restore.
Click Restore.
The broadcast will be moved back to your main Broadcasts list.
Important: Restoring a broadcast does not republish it on your newsletter feed. If the broadcast was previously public, you'll need to manually turn the Public toggle back on to publish it again.
Resends and A/B Variants
Broadcasts that include Resends or A/B variants are archived and restored as a group.
Archiving the parent broadcast archives all associated resends and A/B variants.
Restoring the parent broadcast restores the entire group.
Archive and restore actions can only be performed from the parent broadcast row.
You cannot archive or restore individual resends or A/B variants separately.
