I did not receive my subscriber export email

Solution #1: Subscriber export emails are sent to your Kit account's login email address. If you don't see the subscriber export email in your inbox for this email address, move to the next step.

Solution #2: The email has not come through yet. If for some reason, your email provider is bouncing the email back, our server will try again, which will delay the email from showing up in your inbox. If you've refreshed your inbox and the email still isn't there, move to the next step.

Solution #3: Your email may have received a suppression, which will need to be removed by our team. Contact support at [email protected] and provide your account email and where the export should be delivered.
