With the Kit Canva app, you can access your Canva library of designs directly from the media gallery, when writing your emails, without the need to download and upload files.
Getting started with Canva
To use the Kit Canva app, you need to:
Have an active Canva account
Have a paid Kit account
How to install the Canva app
Log into your Kit account
Click Automate > Apps in the top navigation
Find the Canva app and click Install

Adding Canva designs to your emails
After connecting your accounts, you can access your Canva designs in several ways:
Quick command
Open or create a new broadcast or sequence email in the editor
Type "/canva" where you want your design
Select the Canva plugin from the menu
Content block method
Position your cursor where you want to add a design
Click the + button that appears
From the content block menu either:
Select Canva
Select Image & select Canva from the sidebar in the media gallery
Searching and filtering your designs
Finding the perfect design is easy with our search and filter options:
Search by typing the name of your design
Sort your designs by:
Most relevant
Newest edited
Oldest edited
Alphabetical (A-Z)
Alphabetical (Z-A)
Filter designs by folder to quickly locate specific projects
Pro tip: Hover over any design and click the heart icon to save it to your Favorites for quick access later.
