Slice and dice your Subscribers page charts data
Apart from viewing your subscriber data in the Subscribers charts, you may want to download your charts data for analysis elsewhere.
And you can do just that by exporting your data as a CSV file. Let’s take a look at the export process, using the data in the Broadcast deliverability chart as an example 👇
NOTE: At the moment, only the data in these charts can be exported as a CSV:
Net new subscribers
Total subscribers
Engagement in distribution view (this chart is available on the Creator Pro plan)
Deliverability for Broadcasts and Sequences (these chartss are available on the Creator Pro plan)
Purchases
How to export your Subscribers page charts data
Go to Subscribers under the Grow tab in the top navigation in Kit. Click the tab for the chart whose data you want to export.
For this demo, we'll load the Broadcast deliverability chart.
Adjust the chart's date range and filters based on the extent of data you’d like to export:
After that, click the Export data to CSV button at the top of the chart to export your chart data as a CSV file.
You’ll see a pop-up confirming the start of the data export. When the export is complete, we’ll send the generated CSV file to the email address associated with your Kit account.
Click the download link in the email to download your CSV file.
The CSV files' data depends on the subscriber chart you've exported. For example, CSV files for Broadcast deliverability chart exports contain:
Broadcast name
Broadcast send date
Broadcast send time
Number of recipients
Number of opens
Open rate
Number of clicks
Click rate
Click-to-open rate
Happy analyzing! 📊
