Track your subscriber growth and engagement levels from your Kit dashboard
From the Grow tab in the Kit navigation, click on Subscribers to check out your Subscribers graph.

How many subscribers you’ve gained over time
Your net subscriber growth
Kit Commerce sales and other cool metrics.
If you have our Creator Pro plan, the Subscribers graph will also show you the engagement and deliverability stats for your emails.
Keep reading as we walk you through the different views and features of the Subscribers graph!
Net new subscribers view
The Net new subscribers view of the Subscribers graph shows you your net subscriber growth (including canceled subscribers):
This view also displays lifetime totals for the:
Total subscriber count
Average open rate
Average click rate
Number of emails sent
Number of new subscribers you’ve gained for the current day
Total subscribers view
On the other hand, the Total subscribers view tracks your total subscriber growth over time.
It also shows the same lifetime and current day totals displayed in the Net new subscribers view.
NOTE: Deleted subscribers are not included in the graph. Their historical stats are deleted along with them.
Purchases view
The Purchases view shows the number of sales that you’ve made via Kit Commerce, including your gross and net revenue figures. 🤑
(Reporting is currently available only in USD.)
At the bottom of the Purchases view, you’ll see the total figures for these purchase metrics for the selected date range:
Revenue
Number of purchases
Average revenue per order
Number of refunds
Amount refunded
(More info on changing the date range of your data later!)
You’ll also be able to track the amount of revenue and number of purchases that you’ve gained for the current day.
Engagement view
NOTE: This feature is available to Creator Pro plan users only!
Check out your subscriber scoring data in the Engagement view in either distribution or timeline format. (The distribution format is shown below.)
Under the Engagement graph, you’ll see lifetime figures for the following:
Total number of subscribers
Average star rating for all your subscribers
Number and percentage of subscribers who are customers
Number and percentage of subscribers who have never engaged with your emails
Revenue per subscriber
Number of new subscribers you’ve gained for the current day

Deliverability
NOTE: This feature is available to Creator Pro plan users only!
In the Deliverability view, you’ll get access to advanced deliverability reports for your broadcasts and sequences.

The lifetime totals and current day’s subscriber counts at the bottom of the Deliverability view are the same as those shown in the Net new subscribers and Total subscribers views.
Changing the data displayed in the Subscribers graph
Changing the date range of your data
For the Net new subscribers, Total subscribers, Deliverability and Purchases views, click the date range at the upper right-hand corner of the graph to change the date range of your data.
Use the menu icon next to the date range to select preset time periods, or click the dates themselves to set custom start and end dates.
Changing the time interval of your data
Our graphs show daily numbers by default. In the Net new subscribers, Total subscribers and Purchases views, however, you can click on the Days setting to switch the time interval of your data between Days, Weeks and Months.
Filtering the subscribers to be displayed in the Subscribers graph
Finally, for all views except Purchases, hit the filter icon to view the figures for only specific segments of your subscribers!
This filter is the same interface used for broadcasts and segments.
The only exception is the filter for the Deliverability view, which has an extra setting for filtering subscribers by email service provider:
And that’s all there is to it!
