The Broadcasts dashboard shows your Broadcasts and their stats in one place.
To access it, go to Broadcasts under the Send tab in the top navigation.
Here are the features of the Broadcasts dashboard:
Broadcasts dashboard
Filter your Broadcasts by statuses like Drafts, Scheduled, and Published:
Click the + New Broadcast button to start a new Broadcast draft.
The search bar at the top lets you search for Broadcasts by their subject line or internal note. Type your keyword(s) into the search bar, and then hit "Enter" or "return" on your keyboard to run the search:
The Export option is available to Creator Pro users and lets you export a CSV file of all the Broadcasts you've sent and/or published to the web. The CSV file download link will be emailed to your Kit account's email address.
Next, you'll see a table of your Broadcasts. They are sorted by these dates:
The date they were last saved (for draft Broadcasts)
Their sent and/or published date (for Broadcasts you've sent and/or published to the web)
Their scheduled date (for Broadcasts that have been scheduled but not sent yet)
Here's what the table headings mean:
Icon: The icon to the left of the Broadcast's subject line indicates the Broadcast's status.
A checkmark icon โ๏ธ in a circle indicates you've sent and/or published the Broadcast to the web. Hover your cursor over the icon to view the exact send/publish date and time.
A document icon ๐ indicates that the Broadcast is a draft. Hover your cursor over the icon to view the date and time you last saved the Broadcast as a draft.
A greater-than sign icon (>) indicates you can click the icon to view variants of the Broadcast. Your Broadcast may have variants if you resent your Broadcast to subscribers who didn't open it the first time, or if you conducted an A/B test of your subject lines or content.
Subject line: The Broadcast's subject line. If your Broadcast has an internal note, the internal note will appear below the subject line.
Date: The date and time you last saved the Broadcast as a draft, scheduled it, or sent and/or published it, as applicable. Hover your cursor over the date and time to view your last action with the Broadcast at this date and time.
Recipients: Your Broadcast's number of recipients
Opens: Your Broadcast's number of opens
Open rate: Your Broadcast's open rate
Clicks: Your Broadcast's number of clicks

For draft Broadcasts, you can edit, duplicate, or delete them
The table shows 10 Broadcasts at a time. Click the arrows at the bottom right to navigate to the next or previous set of 10 Broadcasts.
Individual Broadcast reports
From the Broadcasts dashboard, click any Broadcast's subject line to view more detailed reports on its content, who it was sent to, who opened it, who clicked your links, and more.
Here are the main features of these reports:
NOTE: While there is no time limit on how long we'll track email data, we no longer update email data for emails sent before Aug 1, 2023.
Overview
The Overview page lets you review your Broadcast's content and key stats. You'll see different metrics based on whether you've sent this Broadcast as an email, published it to the web, or both.
For a Broadcast you've sent as an email, you'll see these email metrics:
The number of recipients
Open rate
Click rate
The number of unsubscribes
Bounce rate
The net ad revenue earned (after our 23.5% commission)
NOTE: Email metrics won't be available if an A/B test is still running for your Broadcast. This is because your Broadcast hasn't been sent to all your recipients yet.
For a Broadcast you've published to the web, you'll see these web metrics:
The number of post visits
The conversion rate (i.e., the percentage of users who subscribed to your email list via that post)
Analytics
The Analytics page gives you a deeper dive into your Broadcast's metrics.
If you had run an A/B test, you'll see the A/B test results at the top.
Next, you'll see an overview of these email metrics:
The total number of emails sent
The number and percentage of unsubscribes, complaints, and bounces
There's also an engagement funnel showing how your subscribers interact with your Broadcast.
NOTE: Email metrics won't be available if an A/B test is still running for your Broadcast. This is because your Broadcast hasn't been sent to all your recipients yet.
After that, you'll see an overview of these web metrics if you had published your Broadcast to the web:
The total number of visits
The conversion rate (i.e., the percentage of users who subscribed to your email list via this post)
There's also a chart showing the number of visits your Broadcast post has gotten over time.
Recipients
The Recipients page shows a list of subscribers to whom this Broadcast was sent. You can filter your subscribers by:
All: All subscribers to whom the Broadcast was sent
Opened: The recipients who opened the Broadcast
Clicked: The recipients who clicked at least one link in the Broadcast
Unsubscribed: The recipients who unsubscribed using this Broadcast's unsubscribe link
From this page, you can use bulk actions to add (or remove) a Tag or Sequence from these subscribers, or export or delete them.
Clicks
On the Clicks page, youโll find a list of your Broadcast's links. For each link, you can see:
How many subscribers clicked the link
The click to delivery rate: i.e., the percentage of subscribers who clicked your link out of all the subscribers who received your email. It is calculated using this formula: the number of subscribers who clicked the link / the number of subscribers who received your email x 100%
The click to open rate: i.e., the percentage of subscribers who clicked your link out of all subscribers who opened your email. It is calculated using this formula: the number of subscribers who clicked the link / the number of subscribers who opened your email x 100%
If you're a Creator Pro plan user, you'll see an Edit option to the right of the link. Click it to change the linkโeven after your Broadcast has been sent. This is useful for fixing broken links.
If you click the link itself, you'll be directed to a page where you can see which subscribers clicked the link.
You can use bulk actions to add (or remove) a Tag or Sequence from these subscribers, or export or delete them.
NOTE: Tagging based on link clicks is a great way of segmenting your subscribers!
