Export and download your graph data in a CSV file for detailed analysis.

Updated over a week ago

Slice and dice your Subscribers page graph data

Apart from viewing your subscriber data in the Subscribers graph, you may want to download your graph data for analysis elsewhere.

And you can do just that by exporting your data as a CSV file. Let’s take a look at the export process, using the data in the broadcast deliverability graph as an example 👇

NOTE: At the moment, only the data in these graphs can be exported as a CSV:

  • Net new subscribers

  • Total subscribers

  • Purchases

  • Engagement in distribution view (this graph is available only on the Creator Pro plan)

  • Deliverability for broadcasts and sequences (these graphs are available only on the Creator Pro plan)

Stay tuned as we roll out data exports for other Subscribers page graphs in due course!

How to export your Subscribers page graph data

Go to Subscribers under the Grow tab in the top navigation in Kit. Click the Deliverability tab, followed by Broadcasts, to load the graph whose data you want to export.

For the purposes of this demo, we'll load the broadcast deliverability graph.

Adjust the date range and filters for your graph according to the extent of data you’d like to export:

After that, click the Export data to CSV button at the top of the graph to export your graph data as a CSV file.

You’ll see a pop-up confirming the start of the data export. When the export is complete, we’ll send the generated CSV file to the email address associated with your Kit account.

Click the download link in the email to download your CSV file.

The CSV files for different subscriber graphs will contain different data. For example, if you're exporting your broadcast deliverability graph data, the resulting CSV file will contain the following data:

  • Broadcast name

  • Send date of broadcast

  • Send time of broadcast

  • Number of recipients

  • Number of opens

  • Open rate

  • Number of clicks

  • Click rate

  • Click-to-open rate

Happy analyzing! 📊
